We had the most amazing time staying at this hotel right in the heart of London. The location in the center of Piccadilly was perfect for exploring the city. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was luxurious with a beautiful bathtub and shower. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, even providing personal touches for a birthday celebration. The breakfast was delicious and the facilities, including the swimming pool and spa, were top-notch. All in all, everything was completely fabulous.

During our recent visit to Cafe Royal, we were delighted by the upscale amenities and friendly service. The hotel's modern and stylish atmosphere, coupled with its strategic location on Regent Street, made our stay even better. We stayed in a junior suite, spacious and beautifully furnished with luxurious amenities like a B&O TV and elegant marble bathroom.
One downside, however, was the dim lighting in the rooms. The low intensity lights created a somewhat oppressive atmosphere, and the complex lighting switches were not intuitive.

The location is fantastic, right in the center of the city, making it easy to access all the attractions. The hotel facilities are great, including a great gym and a luxurious spa with a lap pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

This luxurious venue offers exquisite spa treatments that exceeded my expectations. the staff is excellent, with a careful personalized service, paying attention to detail. the Spa is the perfect place to relax, with a wide range of beauty and healing treatments. the massage and scrub were outstanding and the spa lounge is simply fabulous, enjoying the tranquillity of the place, an oasis of peace.
The restaurant needs to improve a bit, despite the quality is good, the service is slow and could be better. It is the only minor drawback I found, but still, it didn't detract from the overall unique experience of premium service.

This hotel is a luxurious gem with exclusive amenities fulfilled to perfection. the service was impeccable, and the Spa & Wellness Centre was a tranquil haven for relaxation. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi were all well-maintained, while the massage and facial treatments were heavenly. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were exquisite, with fantastic cuisine and cocktails.
The only minor issue was that the treatment room was a bit small, which made it a little cramped during the full body massage. this didn't detract from the excellent service and luxurious experience.

Spacious, luxurious rooms. Remote controlled blinds, bluetooth music devices, and TV in the bathroom mirror. Quiet location. Friendly and efficient staff. Lovely breakfast with pastries, coffee, cereal, and a full English.
